Nursery/ Early Years Centre

TIMETABLE APRIL – JULY 2013 

Here is our new timetable for April 2013. There are lots of activities for you and your children to enjoy. Please check the timetable for details of all our sessions. All the sessions are free but places are limited. If there are any activities that you would like to come to then just give us a ring and book a place. You can do this by calling Mrs Clear or Miss Gregory on 0208 523 7382 or 0208 529 3671. We look forward to seeing you.

If there are any aspects of the timetable that you wish to discuss, please do not hesitate to talk to a member of staff.

                                                                         TODDLER TIME

18 – 35 months

Bring your toddlers to play and make new friends.

This session is very informal. Lots of opportunities for you to meet other parents and swap ideas and tips. 

These sessions run every Monday afternoon

1.30 – 3.00 pm on the following dates

Monday 22nd April – Monday 15th July

TINY TOTS

0 – 18 months

These sessions will run every Tuesday morning

9.10 – 11.00 am on the following dates

Tuesday 16th April – Tuesday 16th July 

No session on Tuesday 28thMay

  

 

RHYME TIME

2 – 3 year olds

Rhyme Time will continue this term. The children (and parents!) will be able to sing, play with puppets and musical instruments and join in with ring games.

These sessions run every Tuesday afternoon

2.00 – 3.00 pm on the following dates

Tuesday 16th April – Tuesday 16th July

No session on Tuesday 28th May

 

PAINTERS & DECORATORS

18 months – 35 months

(or 3 year olds who are not currently at Yardley Nursery)

If your little ones like messy play but you would rather they didn’t do it at home then Painters & Decorators is the one for you.

 

These groups will run every Wednesday morning

9.30 – 11.00 am on the following dates

Wednesday 17th April – Wednesday 17thJuly

 

No session on Wednesday 29th May

 

FAMILY TIME

This session is open to all families with children under the age of 5 years. There will be lots of activities for the children and plenty of opportunities for them (and you) to make new friends.

 

These groups will run every Thursday afternoon

1.30 – 3.00 pm on the following dates

Thursday 18th April – Thursday 18th July

 

No session on Thursday 30th May

 

TURKISH FAMILY GROUP

This is an informal group for Turkish families with young children run by members of our Turkish community. There will be plenty of opportunities for your children to play and make friends. There will also be opportunities for the grown-ups to chat, discuss aspects of school life and improve their English. The groups will run on alternate Wednesday afternoons, see dates below. These groups will run Wednesday afternoons 1.30 – 3.00 pm

17th April, 1st & 15th May, 5th & 19th June, 3rd & 17th July

HEALTH SERVICES  

MIDWIFE

We have a medical room available for ante and post natal appointments with a midwife. If you would like to make an appointment, please contact your midwife directly.

 

  

If you have any concerns regarding your child’s health/development please talk to a member of the Early Years Centre staff who will be able to direct you to services at local Health Clinics and Children Centres.
